Porsche 911 in reality show with Harriadnie Beau

Porsche has always been a master of glam and it is set to get a part in a new reality show with international supermodel Harriadnie Beau.

A light yellow Porsche Carrera 911 2.7 RS Touring was featured in a shoot with the supermodel to promote the new TV series Brit Chickz. The show is due to be shown on Sky and Freeview on December 12th but will be on terrestrial channels soon.

Ms Beau needed the car to represent a day in the life of her working week, where she spends a lot of time being a brand ambassador for luxury labels in the UK and abroad.

Speaking about the chance to include the car in the show, Ms Beau said: “I was thrilled to have the opportunity to include the Carrera in the part of the show dedicated to my working life.”

“The car does not need any introduction to its fans, but its presence in the series highlights my philosophy as a career woman: do not settle for less than the best.”

This particular Porsche 911 2.7 RS, which was provided by Oxfordshire-based Porsche specialist Autofarm, was imported from Germany in 1985 and had a huge detail re-commission ahead of its sale. It has had only two owners in Germany to 1985 and one British owner since and comes with a comprehensive history, which is backed up by a large file of bills, stamped service book and original handbook. Previous owners took part in club-level competition with the car but did not need the car to undergo any significant modification.

The car model was originally launched as a 210 bhp homologation special and only 1,580 were ever produced so that Porsche could gain entry into production car racing classes. As a result of this rarity, the car has become almost legendary among enthusiasts. Some consider the 2.7 RS to be the ultimate classic RS.

During June of this year, Autofarm managed to sell a similar 2.7 RS for £500,000.
