The front has uprated coil springs, a power assisted rack, roll bar, adjustable dampers, wishbone bushes and solid subframe mountings that were repositioned to improve the anti-dive characteristics. Speaking about his redesigned car, Mr Callum said: “This is a very personal statement. A long held notion that, although the Mark 2 has always been a beautiful car, it could be even more exciting in shape and performance. Whilst maintaining the purity of the car’s form, I wanted to add a number of modern twists to the design. Simplification and clarity was my objective.”

He also explained a number of changes in specifications that were incorporated. These included lowering its form by 30 mm and putting it on 17” split rim spoke wheels. Additionally, the bumpers are now part of the car’s overall form.
