Bentley is giving the high performance two seater sportscar a bit of a British twist in the form of its EXP 10 Speed 6 concept that is set to come to the Geneva Motor Show 2015.

Bentley at Geneva 2015The car draws on Bentley’s experience of international motorsport success, in which speed has become a central concern. This has come through in the EXP 10 Speed 6.

It will be unveiled in Geneva, where the brand will also be presenting a suite of luxury design upgrades and features that can be applied to its Continental family of grand tourers.

Speaking about the EXP 10 Speed 6, chairman and chief executive of Bentley Motors Wolfgang Durheimer said: “Making its global debut at the Geneva Show, the EXP 10 Speed 6 is the ultimate expression of our vision for Bentley’s future – a powerful, exquisite and individual concept. This one car showcases modern automotive design, highly skilled British handcrafting, the finest materials and advanced performance technology. Turning to the Bentley Continental GT, there are a number of exterior design features that have been put in place. These are meant to improve the Grand Tourer’s on-road presence. It gets a new front bumper that is combined with a smaller radiator shell and new, more pronounced fenders. Bentley are also making three new paint colours available on the car.

A contemporary interior has been added in the cabin of the Continental range. It has gained new seat patterns, brightware elements, driver instruments, a new steering wheel and gear paddles. There are also new colour options when it comes to the new materials and hides that the car is upholstered with, which refresh the car’s interior.

This car is powered by a six litre twin turbo W12 engine that gets a power and torque increase from 575 PS and 700 Nm to 590 PS and 720 Nm, which is intended to keep the model’s reputation for effortless performance.

Bentley is also putting its four-door sedan, the Flying Spur, on display at the Geneva Motor Show. This will showcase new features for 2015, which will offer a range of bespoke choices.

On the exterior are a choice of new paint colours, such as Marlin, Camel and Jetstream. Meanwhile, the interior gets a range of tactile and modern new features as well as the choice of Shortbread and Camel coloured hides to put on the inside.

Meanwhile, there is the Mulsanne Speed coming to complete the line-up at Geneva. It is tailored for the driver and Bentley claims that the car delivers “the fastest ultra-luxury driving experience in the world.”

Powering the car is a 6.75 litre twin-turbo V8 engine, which allows the Mulsanne Speed to go to 60 mph in just 4.8 seconds. It can also reach a top speed of 190 mph. It also gets contemporary exterior and interior styling features, which Bentley hopes makes a statement as a car of quintessential British luxury.
