Many of us will have never seen an LM002 let alone heard of one, but being a petrol-head it is in our nature to question the weird, the wonderful and the minds of the creators of such beasts!
The LM002 was Lamborghini’s attempt at penetrating the SUV market and was actually in production for seven-years (from 1986 to 1993). The LM002 uses the same engine as the Countach but rather that being in the rear, it has been placed in the front.
It was nick-named “Rambo’s Lambo” because of its rugged and boisterous looks but the luxurious interior trim. With leather seats, power tinted-windows, air-conditioning and high-tech (for the time) audio the LM002 carried everything that Lamborghini stood for.
