Bugatti, Ferrari, McLaren, Pagani and Porsche, all have one thing in common – the production of road-going Hyper Cars. 10 years or so ago, Bugatti began by making the Veyron, the world’s fastest production car (and still is).

The Veyron was to start the race on creating the fastest road-going production cars with Porsche and McLaren following suit, followed by Pagani and more recently Ferrari.

The argument has always been “WHO IS THE FASTEST?!” but the manufacturers refuse to pit the cars against one another. Top Gear tested the Holy Trinity (918, LaFerrari and P1), but no one has challenged all five under a controlled environment.
