Porsche are kicking off the New Year with a bang by announcing their new range of 911 GTS consisting of five, yes five, new cars.

The 5 new models include:

  • A rear wheel drive Carrera GTS, which will be available as a Coupé or Cabriolet

  • An all-wheel drive Carrera 4 GTS, also available as a Coupé or Cabriolet

  • And an all-wheel drive Targa 4 GTS.

Power

They will all inherit the 3.0 litre twin-turbo flat six that was introduced in the previous 991.2 Carrera S. But will produce around 444bhp, 30 more than previously, with 406lb ft of torque.

This means 0-60mph is dispatched in 3.6 seconds in the Carrera 4 GTS, with the optional PDK gearbox, and they can all hit over 190mph.

Porsche are chucking in their previously costly add-on, PASM (Porsche Active Suspension Management) dampers as standard with the new range.

But it doesn’t end there!

Porsche are also adding their Sport Chrono Pack as standard with the new range, which comes with many unnecessary things just because they can, like a nicer steering wheel.

The new range has also been lowered by 10mm, with a slightly wider body compared to the standard Carrera 4.

Interior wise Porsche have added new special seating, with aluminium trims along the dashboard and the doors, as well as premium Alcantara leather – oooh.

Let’s get to the interesting part, price.

The cheapest out of the lot is the manual Carrera GTS Coupe, and you can get your hands on one for £94,316.

Next one up will be the Carrera 4 GTS Coupe, which will set you back £100,000, and the Cabriolet will cost a whopping £108,144, the same price as the Targa 4 GTS.

You can expect to see the new GTS range hit our roads in March, with orders being taken now.
