Luxury vehicle manufacturer Mercedes-Benz has announced its line-up of models that will be showcased at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed.

The company has included four historic models in line-up for the annual hill climb event, including the W194 300 SL.

Marcus Breitschwerdt, president and chief executive officer of Mercedes-Benz UK, commented: "There is so much to look forward to at this year's Goodwood Festival of Speed."

He added that the firm is also celebrating the 60th anniversary of its SL-Class model in 2012 with an exhibit at the event.

Other attractions put on by the manufacturer are set to include the display of five new AMG high-performance vehicles – the SLS AMG Roadster, C 63 AMG Coupe Black Series, CLS 63 AMG, SLK 55 AMG and the ML 63 AMG.

The company has also recently unveiled its new A-Class model at the Geneva International Motor Show, which is running until March 18th.
