For one day every April, the narrow streets of Bristol’s medieval Old City are filled with hundres of italian cars and bikes. Members of the Italian AutoMoto Club and the Ducati Owners Club come together to show off a spectacular range of Mediterranean metal ranging from classic Fiats and Laverda’s to brand new Ferraris and Ducatis.
This was the 11th year of the event and the fantastic weather brought out the petrolheads in their thousands. This year’s theme was “Scorpions and Spiders”, bringing out Abarth models in force.
As well as plenty of soft tops.
At set intervals during the day drivers are invited to start their engines, filling the streets with barks, growls and roars.
With this classic Alfa making a better noise than any 458 Italia!
This rare Lacia Delta EVO drew a lot of attention, in part to it’s carbon fibre brake cooling system.
Families were out enjoying the day too…
…leaving a few sticky finger prints to be polished away.
