The Ferrari 458 Italia has been named performance car of the year for the second year running by Auto Express magazine.
Seeing off competition from rivals such as the Porsche Cayman R and Mercedes C63 AMG Coupe, the mid-engined vehicle with a 4.5-litre V8 engine scored top marks in all categories considered by the magazine's judging panel.
The judges assessed the cars' performance and handling both on road and on track, as well as their sheer desirability.
Steve Fowler, editor in chief of Auto Express, described the award as "a massive achievement" for Ferrari.
"This is a car that's as thrilling to drive as it is to look at, a joy to potter around in and an absolute blast to drive fast," he added.
The 458 Italia has picked up more than 30 international awards since it was unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show in 2009. It has previously been named supercar of the year by Top Gear Magazine and car of the year by the Daily Telegraph.
