People in the UK are used to being around weather that constantly changes, however, it’s difficult to find a car that can adjust itself to the contrasting weather. However, Audi has come up with the goods and crafted a range of models, which aim to conquer the British elements.

Audi All Wheel Drives Feature

The German manufacturer have built a range of models, which have implemented the innovative quattro technology to make driving easy and enjoyable, regardless of the weather conditions. New quattro-equipped versions of the A3 Saloon, the A6 Saloon and the A6 Avant have been added to Audi’s premium model range. This means that customers now have more than 150 top-range vehicles to carefully select from.

Audi has also injected a 1.8-litre engine into the brand new quattro-toting A3 Saloon range of cars. The A6 line-up will attract customers who will settle for nothing less than perfection when it comes to their driving experience. The Audi A6 delivers a smooth power as soon as the driver gets behind the wheel. This is down to the model’s lead-in V6 TDI engine, which also boasts the ability to channel its 204PS to all four wheels.

However, the smooth ride doesn’t mean that the German manufacturers have sacrificed on speed. With a six-speed S tronic twin-clutch transmission with its ultra-fast shift pattern, and splitting its 180PS four ways, the new A3 1.8 TFSI quattro Saloon can reach 62mph in just 6.8 seconds. The A3 can top speeds of 146mph, while delivering a eco-friendly 42.8mpg with low CO2 of 152g/km. This model is the perfect pick for the top-class businessman who will not compromise.

For those who want to make more of an investment, Audi has beautifully-crafted the new 204 PS A6 3.0 TDI quattro. This model can leap to 62mph in just seven seconds, which puts it just ahead of its front-wheel-driven counterpart. It also boasts a torque boost over its eight-speed multitronic transmission-equipped, front-wheel-drive equivalent, from 400Nm to 450Nm. Delivering on both beauty and speed, the A6 can sprint to 149mph in either of the Saloon options, and 143mph for the Avants.

Three V6 TDI options

The new 204 PS V6 TDI quattro is just one of a trio of powerful V6 TDI engines, which Audi has built into the A6 range. The engine features the crown gear centre differential-based version of the quattro all-wheel-drive system. The more powerful 3.0 V6 TDI engine with 245 PS and the top of the range 313 PS V6 BiTDI are linked to this system exclusively.

The A3 1.8 TFSI quattro Saloon is the first offering from Audi, which combines the four-door option and the multi-plate clutch-based quattro technology. However, the car manufacturers will add to this exclusive range by the end of this year. The A3 will be joined by the 300PS S3 quattro Saloon, which brings a six-speed manual and six-speed S tronic transmission options, and in mid-2014 by the A3 2.0 TDI quattro with 184PS and standard six-speed S tronic transmission.

Furthermore, the A3 1.8 TFSI quattro Saloon is available with Sport or S line specification priced at £27,560 OTR and £29,710 respectively.

Those wanting to invest in the one of the new 204PS A6 3.0 TDI quattro models will be able to drive away from just £38,385 for the A6 Saloon 3.0 TDI quattro SE. This increases to £44,945 for the lavishly equipped, uncompromising, S line-based A6 Avant 3.0 TDI quattro Black Edition.
