The new Turbo S will get the 938bhp engine, and despite all that power, the range will (dependant on battery configurations) be up to 420 miles.I\u2019m beginning to feel some empathetic concern for Porsche\u2019s rivals – it seems like the German manufacturer isn\u2019t giving up the mantle just yet! Three Porsche Taycan What we will get is a Taycan in three body styles: a saloon, a Sport Turismo and Cross Turismo, with each arriving sometime soon.It will, as mentioned, be capable of a very impressive range for a car so powerful – we normally see some sort of compromise in power versus range, but thanks to a new larger battery, with an increased capacity to 105kWh from 94kWh, the new version has the core to supply its needs. As standard, the new model will get a 83.6kWh battery, with a performance pack featuring 97kWh capacity.Couple that with a new, more efficient motor and it begins to look like Porsche\u2019s designers have left no stone unturned to get the best out of the new upgrades.The battery will also now have the ability to fast-charge from 8 to 80 per cent in just 17 minutes.
