Over the years, the blocky off-roader has built up a devoted fanbase, similar to the kind of passion shared by Land Rover Defender fans, and Jeep has been wise not to rock the boat by applying a radical new look.Consequently, the 2018 Wrangler is more of an evolution of the current model, with the most dramatic aesthetic changes being the introduction of a new keystone-shaped front grille to bring it in line with the rest of the Jeep range. There are also round headlamps and square tail lamps, while the aerodynamics have been tweaked.Beneath the surface, there are new, more fuel efficient engines and improved safety features. A brief 98-word statement also promised the new Wrangler would “deliver even more legendary Jeep 4×4 capability”.One convenient development is that the new Wrangler will feature a fold-down windscreen, allowing for even more open-air freedom, with dozens of different door, top and windscreen combinations.That aside, it’s pretty much the same bolshy, hard-edged Wrangler you know and love.Customisation has been an increasingly popular trait in new cars and the Wrangler will be no different, with buyers able to add more than 200 specially created Mopar accessories and Jeep Performance Parts.Possible additions include a two-inch lift-kit, beadlock-capable wheels, off-road bumpers, tailgate table, tyre covers, all-weather floor mats and 8,000 lumen LED lights and rock rails for hardcore trail enthusiasts.The new Wrangler will make its world debut at the LA Motor Show when it opens to press during the final three days of November, before inviting the public for the first ten days of December."},{"@context":"https://schema.org/","@type":"BreadcrumbList
@type":"ListItem
{"@type":"ListItem
{"@type":"ListItem
