Fans of the DC Universe and in particular of the superheroes who make it what it is are going to be well aware of the new Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice film to come out on March 25th. What you might not know is that Jeep are celebrating the occasion by releasing a new limited-edition version of its popular Renegade small SUV.
The version will be launched under the name Jeep Renegade Dawn of Justice and only 500 units of the car will be available. Buyers will have options with the new car though thanks to either a 1.6-litre E-torQ 108bhp petrol engine, or a 1.6-litre MultiJet II 118bhp diesel unit, however, both will feature a manual transmission.
With two units to choose from, you’re sure to be impressed with this model’s performance, despite what may happen up on the big screen! This new Renegade is based on the Longitude mid-range level, but has a more striking appearance thanks to Granite Crystal, Carbon Black or Colorado Red livery and new black painted accents.
You’ll find these accents on the 18-inch alloy wheels, fog lamp, roof bars, seven-slot grille and the rear light cluster surrounds. The car will also feature a new and unique Dawn of Justice badging, showing your SUV and comic book fan credentials all in one go. Inside the cabin, the Renegade continues to look dynamic with black cloth seats, black air vents and speaker bezels.
The model also features a lot of top-notch kit, including DAB digital radio with Bluetooth and sat nav, a six-speaker audio system, and UConnect Live services. Optional extras to enhance your Batmobile – which isn’t its official nickname – include tinted privacy glass, heated front seats and steering wheel and a towing pack and extra spare wheel. The new Jeep Renegade Dawn of Justice will be released on the same day of the film and will cost between £19,495 to £21,195 depending on the choice of engine.
