German car manufacturing giant Audi has unveiled details of its new SQ2 SUV, outlining a range of features designed to combine a high performance with an enhanced level of style.

Available to order in the UK now and priced at £36,800 OTR, the vehicle offers 300PS and 400Nm of torque from 2,000rpm. It can also achieve 0-62mph in just 4.8 seconds and also boasts a top speed of 155mph.

Audi has also revealed how the SQ2 has a subtle upgrade in aesthetics when compared to the standard Q2, with the S sport suspension lowering the body by 20mm. The exterior also features a newly sculpted front bumper and a splitter along the width of the car which is flanked by two air inlets.

V-spoke design 18-inch alloy wheels are also fitted as standard, while the 340mm front brakes have black calipers with S logos, The SQ2 Exterior Pack also offers further customisation for those looking to really stand out from the crowd.

An Interior Pack can also be selected to add further style to the standard interior specification, which already includes the likes of dual-zone climate control, a flat-bottomed S multi-function steering wheel and a 3.5-inch Driver’s Information System. A Technology Pack and Comfort and Sound Pack can also be purchased to enhance the vehicle even further.

Details of the new SQ2 have emerged at an exciting time for Audi, with the company also recently confirming that the R8 V10 was returning to its UK range along with TT RS and RS 3 models available in a Sport Edition specification.

    Audi don’t seem to do that well in the Driver Power survey. Exterior is a bit dated in my opinion. I certainly couldn’t afford a new one but I wouldn’t want a 2nd hand one either.
