Performance motorcycle manufacturer Ducati has begun to unveil its new range of models for 2013 at the ongoing Intermot International Motorcycle Show in Cologne, Germany.

Anniversary versions of the Monster 696, 796 and 1100EVO are all on show, while the company has also given attendees their first glimpse of the 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200.

The new 1199 Panigale RS13 is also wowing the crowds, with the vehicle set to make its debut in next season's World Superbike series.

"Ducati has entered a new era," commented Gabriele Del Torchio, chief executive officer of Ducati. "Being part of such a prominent and significant group as Volkswagen makes us look to the future with confidence and optimism."

Last month, Ducati UK announced a new partnership for the 2013 season of the British Superbike Championship with MSVR.

Next year, the Ducati 848 Challenge will become the responsibility of MSVR for the first time as part of the agreement.
