Rapid.Jaguar has essentially handed over the SUV to its SVR performance division and the end-result sounds delicious.Under the bonnet of the F-Pace SVR is a supercharged five-litre V8 petrol engine that can produce a power output of 542bhp and 680Nm of torque. With these kinds of numbers, it can race to 62mph in 4.3 seconds before going onto a top speed of 176mph.Improvements to the Chassis and AerodynamicsThe SUV\u2019s chassis and aerodynamics have been given the SVR treatment to maximise driver reward in all conditions, while the rear electronic active differential has been revised to optimise traction and dynamics.It also rides on lightweight 21-inch forged wheels (or 22-inch if you\u2019d prefer) with differential width from front to rear for improved handling and traction, as well as a variable valve active exhaust pumping out a boomy soundtrack.What about surface level stuff though? Well, the F-Pace SVR subtly sets itself apart from the rest of the range with an aerodynamic package that adds unique front and rear bumpers, lower body sides and rear flip spoiler to enhance cooling, reduce lift and drag, and aid high-speed stability.Elsewhere, the uprated brakes feature 395\/396mm front\/rear two-piece discs.The InteriorInside, the F-Pace SVR\u2019s cabin boasts slimline sports seats with signature lozenge quilting and embossed SVR logo.
