Yes, the circular headlights are pretty fun and the overall design of this car is a nice nod to the Hondas of our past, we’ll give you that. However, there is actually a lot more to this little city car than first meets the eye.

First of all, it is exactly that, a city car. It is not trying to be anything else and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. If you need responsive performance and a tiny turning circle (just 4.3 metres) then the Honda e delivers.

That’s because they have been replaced with pop-out cameras with a feed going to 2 of the 5 screens on the dashboard. Driving the ‘e’ really couldn’t be much simpler since, although there is a separate brake pedal, you can use single pedal control which is ideal for slow moving traffic.
