A power transfer unit can shift the Purosangue into 4-wheel drive mode, and as you might expect for such a vehicle, ground clearance is akin to no other Ferrari. The Purosangue could even handle a bit of very light off-roading according to Chief Product Development Officer, Gianmaria Fulgenzi. And thinking ahead along these lines, Ferrari will provide aftermarket add-ons to allow the Purosangue SUV to carry things like skies (of course – it\u2019s a Ferrari after all\u2026) or your mountain bike.Technical figures are as comfortably impressive as you would expect them to be from a Ferrari V12 SUV, with a 0-62mph of 3.3 seconds and top speed reaching 192mph. The chassis also adds in 4-wheel steering and active suspension technology that aims to reduce body roll when you put all that 715bhp into cornering. It\u2019s clear that the Ferrari Purosangue is not just a pretty face.While ground clearance is offering light off-road ability, the driver and passengers sit relatively low in the Purosangue in keeping with Ferrari traditions. Inside the car itself, Ferrarai has left no stone unturned in making the driving experience pure Ferrari. A sports steering wheel is less sensitive to poor road surfaces and braking thanks to the active suspension, and the manufacturer describes the interior as looking like an elegant \u2018sporty lounge\u2019 utilising modern design with Ferrari\u2019s GT sports car feel. The driver cockpit is inspired by the SF90 Stradale, and this extends to the passenger seat right next to it too, offering a more sensory connection to the driving experience for the passenger.If you want to personalise your Ferrari Purosangue, then you won\u2019t be disappointed – there\u2019s a large range on offer, from a choice of exterior and interior colours, to a full-length electrochromic glass roof to replace the standard carbon-fibre roof. The sophisticated glass allows you to experience that Transitions sunglasses effect; the electrochromic roof can be altered to allow more or less light through courtesy of an electric current that is passed through a special film that is attached to the lower part of the roof glass.Outside, the lines are sweeping and the sporty SUV\u2019s unique design means that it doesn\u2019t have a front grille.
