Chiba, East Tokyo, a dark character is roaming the streets. To kill the buzz, no it is not the actual Batman, but someone who thinks they are.

We have to give credit to the unknown impersonator! He has built the “Batpod” towards a similar spec of the actual one used in the films “The Dark Knight” and “The Dark Knight Rises”. The 41-year-old male has even taken on the distinctive pointy-eared costume, delicately detailed down to the defined abs and different parts on the legs and arms.
His mission is far from the original Batman, who swore to protect Gotham from crime. For Chibatman his mission is to make people happy! A bit less violent and bit more emotional.
