Jay Kay, the Jamiroquai frontman and classic car enthusiast, has been described as the face of this year's Salon Prive.
The prestigious supercar show takes place at west London's Syon Park from Wednesday September 5th to Friday September 7th, when collectors and buyers will meet to share their passion for the world's finest motors.
Speaking to the Telegraph, Jay Kay played down the "face" tag but said he has "always been a supporter" of the event, despite missing last year's edition.
"Older cars are a passion. And while you can see these things at the [Goodwood] Festival of Speed, the Salon has become the premier concours d'elegance and it's getting bigger, with a higher calibre of motor car," the 42-year-old told the newspaper.
Jay Kay's personal collection of more than 50 cars includes classic models such as a Mercedes-Benz 300SL Roadster, a Porsche 911 2.7 RS and an Aston Martin DB6 Mark 1 Volante auto.
The musician told the Telegraph he is "quite pleased" with the current state of his fleet and enjoys the feeling that he is "a sort of guardian of motoring heritage".
He commented: "It's comprehensive and it's got some nice stuff; a couple of V12 Ferraris, Porsches, modern and old, Bentleys, Astons and some pretty rare BMWs."
Jay Kay's Ferrari 330GT Vignale shooting brake will be among the cars on show at Syon Park this year.
The singer gave members of the media a sneak preview of the one-off vehicle at the Salon Prive launch event earlier this year.
Leading luxury marques due to display at the show include Aston Martin, BMW UK, Ferrari and McLaren.
Last year's event was the first Salon Prive to be held at Syon Park, with a record number of visitors and exhibitors turning out.
Co-founder David Bagley described it as "a spectacular occasion that we were all very proud of".
