And it hasbig plans to celebrate in style by taking part in the Power Maxed MotoFestevent in Coventry this June.To kick things off, the Citroen Centenary Event – organisedby Citroen car clubs and supported by the brand itself – will see more than1,000 vehicles heading to Coombe Park near Coventry from May 31st until June 2nd.This will give fans and anyone who likes car-related nostalgia the perfect chance to see how the vehicles have changed over the years – and perhaps to reminisce about cars once owned and loved.After this, there will be a mass convoy of Citroens fromCoombe Park into the city of Coventry for MotoFest proper, when a selectionwill form part of a major feature parade.Once MotoFest has finished, the cars will then go on display throughout the city centre, starting from the Transport Museum and stretching past the cathedral and into the university grounds.It’s sure to be a real spectacle – and visitors will alsoget the chance to see the brand new C5 Aircross SUV up close and personal. Wethink this is one event that will be well worth travelling in for if you’re notalready in the West Midlands.Citroen UK managing director Karl Howkins said: “Notonly is the festival a heritage event, it also showcases what is happening inthe automotive world now and in the future.
