More than 200 Vauxhall cars came down to the event hosted by Beaulieu at the National Motor Museum, pitting themselves against each other under hot temperatures and on a dry track.

The event is now in its second year and welcomes all ages of Vauxhall vehicles, this includes veteran cars as well as the newest versions of Corsas, Astras and Insignias.

The cars on show were left to be judged by visitors to the event as part of the People’s Choice Awards. In the afternoon, the winner was announced in a presentation ceremony on the Beaulieu arena. For those who missed the event, or who just aren’t into Vauxhall cars, then there will be plenty more rallies hosted by Beaulieu in the future. This event was just one of the Simply Rally series which are on offer throughout 2014.
