The McLaren P1 will be part of the Silverstone Auctions’ sale on Saturday November 15th and the Ferrari LaFerrari will finally go up for bidding on Sunday November 16th.The track rides will take place on the GP circuit at Silverstone in 2015 with FIA qualified racing driver Paul Bailey behind the wheel. These cars will do three laps of the 3.66 mile track at racing speed.People who are not successful in the auctions need not fret, though, as six more rides will be up for grabs from Sporting Bears as part of a raffle. Tickets for this cost \u00a31 and mean anyone could be in with the chance of winning a ride in one of these cars.The auctions are intended to raise money for the Acorn Children’s Hospice. So far, Sporting Bears has already raised over \u00a31 million for a variety of children’s charities.Over recent years, Sporting Bears has become known at Lancaster Insurance Classic Motor Show for the so-called Dream Rides it offers.
