However, an example of such as car in just that state is set to go up for auction.On February 21st and 22nd, Silverstone Auctions will be holding its Race Retro Sale in Warwickshire and among the cars going under the hammer is a 1992 Lancia Delta Integrale with just 31 miles on the clock.The car has received an estimate of between \u00a390,000 and \u00a3110,000 and is being offered at auction for the first time ever. It has so few miles on the clock because it has only ever been driven on the road once. This was when it was driven from the supplying dealer to its current owner’s property. Here it has remained in perfect storage conditions for the last 22 years.General manager at Silverstone Auctions Guy Lees-Milne said: “As a limited edition special, produced to celebrate the Integrale\u2019s success in the World Rally Championship, these cars are incredibly rare indeed.”“So, to find such a perfect example with just a few miles on the clock really is an exceptional feat. What\u2019s more, there are few surroundings more appropriate than Race Retro to offer the car for sale.”The car is finished in white and is detailed with the Martini drinks company livery. It was made in a run of only 400 that were made to celebrate the fifth consecutive win for the Integrale at the World Rally manufacturers’ championship.It comes with ‘Evoluzione’ homologation specials that, compared to previous Delta models, have a wider track at the front and rear. This is so that the car’s handling could be improved. So that the track could fit into the bodywork, the wheel arches were extended on this model.
