Qoros has unveiled the first images of its new GQ3 compact saloon, which will make its worldwide debut at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
Offering a unique brand identity, the new GQ3 has been designed with a spacious interior and high-tech infotainment system as standard, the manufacturer states.
Volker Steinwascher, deputy chairman of the management board at Qoros, said the company has been unwavering during the development phase of the new GQ3, with a singular focus on meeting the expectations of today’s young, aspirational customers.
He commented: “As an entirely new brand, we have the advantage of being able to focus our efforts, without compromise or distraction, on meeting the demands of these customers.”
Mr Steinwascher added that the GQ3 also has excellent safety credentials, performing well during in-house testing.
Founded as a 50:50 joint venture between Chery Automobile and Israel Corporation, Qoros is aiming its attention at young buyers both in Europe and Asia.
