This car will be included on the Gran Turismo 6 game for Playstation. It comes following a proposal set out by Polyphony Digital Inc in 2013 that was given to Alpine. This was to create a new virtual car.

Now that Alpine is celebrating its 60th anniversary, it has unveiled the new Alpine Vision Gran Turismo. This was a result of the Alpine design team’s decision to turn to a project that has the same passion, enthusiasm and rigour that they also need to apply to their new road car which is also coming soon.

Chief executive officer of the Société des Automobiles Alpine Bernard Ollivier said: “The designers and engineers involved in this project were tasked with creating a car that expresses the spirit of our brand. Alpine’s genes are immediately visible in its styling, while its performance won’t disappoint either when players get behind the wheel, or their DualShock PlayStation controller. They will find the same agility that helped to forge the legend of the original cars produced by Alpine founder Jean Rédélé.”
