More John Wick than James Bond…The Aston Martin Valour is perhaps more John Wick than James Bond, and manages to offer up an aggressive yet thoroughly refined look from every angle, including above. Each Valour will be based around the initial V12 Vantage with DBS-style power from the V12 5.2-litre engine, pushing out 705bhp along with 555lb ft of torque.State Of The Art ValourThe Valour is a state-of-the-art driver\u2019s car intended to be pushed to its limits. With such a combination of good looks and exciting power, you get a bit of an inkling as to why the sports car sold out within such a phenomenally short period of time.Aston say that the ethos behind the rear-wheel drive Valour is to enable the driver to experience a \u2018truly involving\u2019 driving experience, thanks in part, to a hands-on bespoke 6-speed manual gearbox. Shock absorption and the car\u2019s overall drive and feel comes from bespoke adjustable dampers and a power steering setup that is designed to allow the driver an even more detailed connection and feel whilst driving the Valour.The car also gets a mechanical LSD helping to connect the driver to the road. Dampers, anti-roll bars and springs are all tuned specifically for the Aston Martin Valour, and resistance to roll is finely tuned to work along with the car\u2019s ability to also be a comfortable drive on longer journeys.Stopping comes courtesy of carbon ceramic discs, with the front pair measuring 410mm x 38mm using 6-piston callipers.The rear of the car gets 360mm x 32mm and 4-piston callipers; this just might give a hint of the power the Valour can offer.
