Aston Martin will be unveiling two new cars to the public at this year’s Paris Motor Show, which starts on October 4th.
The cars in question are the V12 Vantage S Roadster and the Vanquish Coupe Carbon Black special edition, which will both be viewed by the 1.2 million-plus visitors expected to be at the event. It is set to be the biggest one tier motor show in the world by attendance.
Aston Martin’s arrival at the Paris Motor Show follows on from the media launch of the 15MY Vanquish and the Rapide S, both of which received praise for providing high levels of luxury as well as great performance.
The V12 Vantage S Roadster is now available to buy and is Aston Martin’s fastest and quickest-accelerating series production convertible produced so far.
It has a naturally aspirated V12 engine and expertly-tuned sports exhaust. The car has the latest 565 bhp Aston Martin AM28 6.0 litre V12 engine, which is equipped with Bosch engine management. It can go from 0 to 60 mph in just 3.9 seconds and reach a top speed of 201 mph.
Thanks to the personalisation programme Q by Aston Martin, the car features a number of styling additions. Its bodywork is covered in a Diavolo Red paint colour, which gives way to a carbon fibre centre stack. It also has saddle leather detailing and dons Q by Aston Martin badges.
Meanwhile the Vanquish, which has been dubbed “Aston Martin’s ultimate GT” will be unveiled in Paris, having received the brand’s Carbon Black special edition treatment. It is a sports car that is known to reach speeds of more than 200 mph.
As standard, it comes with a unique combination of lightweight carbon fibre. Additionally, it has black window surrounds and is equipped with ten-spoke gloss black non diamond turned alloy wheels. Customers will also get the choice of accent colour and materials designed to show off the carbon fibre features of the car and its black hardware.
