Trax is the ultimate performance car event and was packed full of car fanatics at Silverstone Circuit last weekend. Not only could you experience the power of the cars speeding around the track and watch the drift displays, Trax let owners take their car out and go for a spin on the renowned Silverstone Circuit.
As well as drifting on the track, drift triking was a major hit over the weekend with tricycles hitting speeds of up to 30mph with the help of a 50cc motor.
If that somehow didn’t manage to get your engines running, there were many more competitions, stands and entertainment that could. Trax had a rolling road which allowed owners to test their power, torque and boost measurements of their cars and The Car Culture Collection put together by Fast Car, displayed over 100 feature-worthy cars that was a one-of-a-kind display.
And if that isn’t enough! A retail village allowed owners buy anything and everything they could possibly need to enhance their cars both automatically and mechanically. Owners could enter their car into the Show and Shine competition which was won by Mark Lampard and Iain Maple, well done! Car clubs also had the opportunity to battle it out to win the ‘Best Car Club’ title. This year, Electric Orange St took home the trophy
The weekend was highly entertaining and fuel-filled, with fun for the kids and an amazing performance from Duke Official who completed the weekend with their beat boxing performances.
