Let us know about the driving holidays you’ve had.SKODA Yeti(s)Although we still struggle to get on board with the name of this car, it and its variations are otherwise pretty hard to fault.If you’re going to be going on holiday, we would recommend the off-road version of the Yeti, as it’s able to handle longer drives and tougher conditions than the city variant.Even better than this is the SKODA Yeti Adventure special edition, which has more power and roof racks for you to have extra space for your holiday essentials.Regardless of which one you choose, be assured that space is ample in this car, whether you’re stretching out in the cabin or filling up the boot. Jeep CherokeeThis motor is for people who are serious about travelling because its engine packs a punch and it can withstand a huge amount of weight on the roof rack.Not only this but the Grand Cherokee version of the car was named as one of the top ten best cars to own in an Auto Express survey filled out by drivers themselves.A massive range of diesel and powertrain engines are available and the fastest sees the model race from 0-62mph in four seconds, which is going to keep you well ahead of the pack. SKODA OctaviaYup, we’re back on the SKODA bandwagon, but can you blame us? The Czech-based manufacturer really knows what it’s doing when it comes to making cars that can go the distance.This is really one for cyclists to consider, as it was practically built for roof racks and the estate has an expandable boot, which has a maximum 1,740-litre capacity.SKODA UK is well known for providing vehicles to the Tour de France and the Tour of Britain among many other cycling events around the world.
